A Black Belt Self Defense Program Designed ONLY for ADULTS!

This Program has been designed to offer a safe space where adults can train realistic self defense without the all punishing full contact. The program offers a series of drills and skills developed for 6 different levels (belts). All these training is based on key principles and elements of the four areas listed below:

  • Self Defense

  • Grappling

  • Boxing

  • Thai Boxing

Adults train to obtain their ranking as they meet the criteria for the six skills levels/belts.

The training consist of techniques, drills, combinations, pad/bag work as well as techniques to develop Key Fighting elements such as: technique/body mechanics, speed, power, timing, cardiovascular endurance and accuracy.

At the same time the program teaches other elements of self defence like foot work, angling and zoning, without ignoring self defense strategy and de escalating techniques.
